Dianna has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. She has lived in the Boulder area for over 18 years and previously lived in Colorado Springs where she owned a mortgage company and an independent processing company. Her background as both a processor and a loan originator gives her a clear, big-picture understanding of the loan process from start to finish. Because she’s worked on both sides, she understands what each person involved needs and how everything fits together. That insight helps everyone, from borrowers and realtors to underwriters, title, and closing, move through the process smoothly.
I strive to ensure that each person involved in the loan process feels confident from the beginning and for years after the closing.

The experience gained from understanding each piece of the process allows her to see the whole loan process from a unique perspective. By seeing each piece of the loan process she is able to identify a potential issue and resolve it quickly by thinking outside of the box and understanding how one piece of the process will affect the other and resolve the issue before it ever gets to the underwriter.

Mel was born into the mortgage industry and has been professionally involved for over 4 years.
Originally from Colorado, she grew up in Colorado Springs and the Boulder area before trading in snow boots for flip flops in sunny Tampa, FL, where she now lives with her two dogs, Sulley and Chandler.
Her favorite part of the mortgage industry is the relationships built along the way; whether with borrowers, realtors, or lenders. For several years, Mel has worked closely with Dianna as her assistant, often the one behind the scenes making sure every detail is in place. This hands-on experience has given her a deep understanding of the loan process and what it takes to keep clients feeling confident and supported, even when challenges arise.
Now transitioning into a full processor role, Mel is excited to expand alongside Dianna into the Florida and Colorado market. She is passionate about helping borrowers achieve their goals while ensuring the process feels smooth, personal, and stress-free.
